Every Vial Behaviour tee is printed to order, just for you. Because of that, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, including ordering the wrong size. Please check the size guide before you order.
Faulty, damaged or misprinted items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, misprinted or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. You won't need to send the item back unless we ask.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
